Professional Consultation Services

I have always enjoyed and been grateful for receiving consultation from mentors, supervisors, other professionals, and colleagues. I've held multiple positions in my field, including clinical director, practice manager, client experience coordinator, and psychotherapist across several sites such as community mental health, group private practice, college counseling center, and Veteran Affairs MH System. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and am currently undergoing certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). 

I offer fee-based professional consultation services for the following areas:

• PTSD+Trauma, especially utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy
• Maternal Mental Health (e.g., postpartum difficulties, MH during pregnancy and loss)
• Case conceptualization
• How to ask difficult questions to clients
• How to address dissonance - especially the kind that might produce defense mechanisms
• Boundaries
• Figuring out who you are in the room and not just what orientation you practice so you can better attune to clients and communicate with them
• Navigating CA laws and regulations
• Clinical and Practice Operations in your practice

The first half-hour is free, follow-ups together are $75 per half-hour.
